Bike Voters Awareness Campaign (BiVAC)  is to launched on 23.09.2018 at 09.00 a.m at Gandhi Thidal, Beach Road. The Campaign is to be flagged off by Dr. V. Candavelou, CEO and graced by  Mr. Thillaivel, Deputy CEO and Dr. V. Govindasamy, State Nodal Officer -SVEEP.  BiVAC is a street to street campaign by Volunteers from various Colleges. The BiVAC Volunteer will move around each constituency in bike with Public Address System airing the significance of holding the EPIC Card. The Campaign is to employ local Vernacular to reach out a larger audience .  Its aim is to educate   the grass root of the society of the ongoing Special Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls  2019.
