As Vijayadashami symbolises the victory of Good over Evil, District Collector burnt the effigy of Ravana, whose 10 heads symbolised the 10 vices which prevents us from voting (Fear, Greed, Laziness, Indifference, Priority, Demotivation, Wastage, Accessibility, Unawareness, Ignorance) by using the 3 weapons symbolised in the upcoming elections namely – Sugam, Sugghar and Samaveshi.

SVEEPSystematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) is a programme of multi interventions through different modes and media designed to educate citizens, electors and voters about the electoral process in order to increase their awareness and participation in the electoral processes.
