Commission desires that an exclusive Addl./Joint Chief Electoral Officer may be identified and designated in your office to plan, implement and coordinate all SVEEP (Systematic Voters' Education and Electoral Participation) related programme in view of the forthcoming elections in your State. In case this is not possible, an Officer may be selected and taken on deputation especially for the purpose taking into consideration some desirable (not compulsory) qualifications annexed with this letter.
