2. Mismatch in format for DoB in BLO Register and ER
3. Can the same document be used as address proof and DoB
4. Voter name was deleted; all related documents got burnt down in house fire
5. Form-9 as covering page of compilation of Form-6

The BLOs need to be more since about their job; they should be sensitized by ERO/AERO concerned about their role; transferee, retiree BLOs need to be replaced at once; ERO/AERO shall maintain updated list of BLOs and furnish weekly report of SSR
