Mock Election conducted at Nar Bahadur Bhandari Degree College, Tadong

The Electoral Literacy Club of Nar Bahadur Bhandari Govt. College, Tadong  headed by Nodal Officer, Miss Makutaa Rai and team conducted a Mock Election in NBBGC, Seminar Hall on the 26^th of May 2022. The main objective of the event was to give the students a better understanding of democracy and to help them prepare for their role as Electors and to encourage their participation. The students were educated about the electoral process and were given a basic know how about how the electoral mechanism in the country. They were given a hands-on experience about the actual voting process at the polls. Emphasis was laid on explaining the importance of voting and to stress the fact as to why every vote matters.
