Polling area level awareness programmes on SVEEP have been taken up by BLOs of Imphal West District, Manipur.

Voter Awareness Forums have been set up at Government Offices of Imphal West District, Manipur to create more awareness among the employees, both contractual and regular about active electoral participation to become empowered voters. TIS especially pertinent considering the upcoming State Assembly Election 2022

ELC activities have been taken up at various Schools and Colleges of Imphal West District. The main activities include Quiz Programmes to enhance electoral awareness of prospective voters in schools and young voters in colleges and Awareness on Special Summary Revision 2022.

School to Deputy Commissioner's Office Complex, Lamphelpat) Officer In Charge: Naorem Praveen Singh, DEO/DC, Imphal West District No of Participants: Around 400 participants took part in the rally, with active and enthusiastic participation from 5 institutes of PwDs. No of T-Shirt & Cap distributed: 230 & 220 respectively

SVEEP activities to mark PwDs on electoral roll, awareness on postal ballot facility, assessment of prospective PwDs and facilitate issue of certificates by concerned departments.
