Awareness programme conducted in respect of Elector Verification Programme by team 03 Bicholim A.C on 23.9.2019 at Market area Bicholim. The information in respect of Elector Verification  through the  usage of Voter Helpline app or National Voter Service Portal was disseminated to the general public.

Shri Pravinjay Pandit Mamlatdar of Bicholim Taluka and AERO of 03 Bicholim A.C conducted an Elector Verification Programme on 20.9.2019 for the municipal officials of Sankhali Municipal Council. The AERO disseminated the information in respect of Elector Verification Programme and requested the municipal officials to verify and correct their Electoral details through Voter helpline app or National Voter Service Portal and also give feedback with respect to Polling station and link the details of their family members to a single Polling station. The AERO also briefed about the schedule of Special Summary Revision of Electoral Roll with reference to  1.1.2020 as a qualifying date.The Chairperson of Sankhali municipal council and other councillors were also present for the said programme.

Shri Pravinjay Pandit Mamlatdar of Bicholim Taluka and AERO of 03 Bicholim A.C  conducted Elector Verification Programme on 19.9.2019 at Bicholim Municipal Council. The AERO disseminated the information about the Elector Verification Programme to the municipal officials and requested them to verify and correct  their Electoral details through Voter helpline app or National Voter Service Portal .The AERO also disseminated the information about the schedule of Special Summary Revision of Electoral Roll with reference to 1.1.2020 as a qualifying date.Ms.Jyoti Kumari IAS, shri Vivek Naik Chief Officer of Bicholim Municipal Council and Councillors were also present for the programme.

Shri Pravinjay Pandit Mamlatdar of Bicholim Taluka and AERO of 03 Bicholim A.C conducted awareness programme in respect of Elector Verification Programme and Special Summary Revision with reference to 1.1.2020  as a qualifying date on 9.9.2019 at Sarvajanik Ganesh Mandal,Tisk, Carapur Bicholim Taluka.Shri Pravinjay Pandit informed the electors that Elector Verification Programme is launched by the  Election Commission of India w.e.f 1.9.2019 and it will conclude on 15.10.2019 and  requested the electors to verify their Electoral details through Voter Helpline app or National Voter Service Portal.The AERO informed the general public that they  can correct their Electoral details and also link their family details to a single Polling station during the Elector Verification Programme.The AERO also informed the general public that the  period of filing claims and objection will commence from 15.10.2019 till 30.11.2019 and during the above  period ,citizens can file form 6 for inclusion of their names in the electoral Roll and also Form 7, Form 8 and 8A can be submitted.

Shri Pravinjay Pandit Mamlatdar of Bicholim Taluka and AERO of 03  Bicholim Assembly constituency and the booth level Officers  launched SVEEP video van on 5.4.2019 at 7.40 pm. The SVEEP video van will cover all areas/ Parts of 03 Bicholim Assembly constituency from 5.4.2019 till 20.4.2019 and the videos of demonstration of Evm and VVPAT, music videos on ethical voting, videos sensitizing the voters about the facilities offered by the Election Commission of India to the persons with disabilities on Poll day for making accessible Election will be beamed on this video van.
