  Electoral literacy club of Shree Shantadurga Higher Secondary School Bicholim conducted voter   awareness game known as Mat-disha in respect of   awareness   of enrolment procedures into the Electoral Roll and ethical voting. Shri Pravinjay Pandit Mamlatdar of Bicholim Taluka and AERO of 03 Bicholim Assembly constituency delivered the welcome address and gave a talk on ethical voting to the students. The mat-disha awareness game devised by Smt Isha Sawant SVEEP Nodal officer Goa was played by the students. Mat-disha is a unique game wherein the information in respect of ethical voting and procedures in respect of enrolment into the Electoral Roll is disseminated to new voters. The game master was smt Isha Sawant SVEEP Nodal officer Goa.   The principal of shree shantadurga Higher Secondary Bicholim , shri Taha Hajik Goa Civil Service Officer, shri Eshant Sawant Mamlatdar in Collectorate South, shri Anil Rane Sardesai Joint Mamlatdar Bicholim and Smt Apurva Karpe Joint Mamlatdar Bicholim were also present for the said Taluka level function.

Demonstration of EVM and VVPAT conducted at Bicholim Weekly market by Bicholim A.C.

EVM/VVPAT demonstration and Voter Awarness (Ethical voting) along with Rickshaw Drivers Motorcycle Pilots at Bicholim Bus Stand.

  Felicitation programme was conducted by 03 Bicholim Assembly Constituency on 9.12.2020 at the   Hall of Sankhali Municipal Council to felicitate the winners   and participants of online poetry Competition, Akash kandil competition and rangoli Competition on Election theme. Shri Pravinjay Pandit Mamlatdar of   Bicholim Taluka and AERO of 03 Bicholim Assembly Constituency, shri Dattaprasad Jog and   shri Shivnath Naik presented certificates and mementoes to all winners and participants for the said competetion s.The awareness about the said voter awareness competetions were conducted through members of electoral literacy clubs among the new voters and electors of 03 Bicholim Assembly Constituency. The new voters and also senior citizens/electors of 03 Bicholim Assembly Constituency participated in the said competetions.
            The online Poetry competition on the theme “ मतदान हो आमचो अधिकार चला करुया नाव नोंद मतदार यादित” was conducted in the age group of 10 to 30 year and 31 and above for the period from 25/11/2020 till 7/12/2020. The Akash Kandil competition on the theme “ मतदान हो आमचो अधिकार चला करुया नाव नोंद मतदार यादित ” was conducted by this office   from 1 st December 2020 till 7 December 2020 in the age group 16 and above.

  Interactive session held by Electoral literacy club members of Chunavpathshala and AERO of 03 Bicholim A.C with the general public at Cricket tournament at Karathichi Mali ground near Shree Shantadurga Higher Secondary School Bicholim on 27.10.2018. The ELC members briefed the general public about ethical voting for upcoming parliamentary election 2019.The AERO briefed the general public about credibility of EVMs and VVPATs and also explained them about online submission of forms for enrolment into the Electoral Roll ,deletion, shifting, correction etc through NVSP.in . The general public participating in the cricket tournament were thrilled to see the Electoral literacy club members of Chunavpathshala and also AERO and BLO.

Interview of AERO and BLOS of 03 Bicholim Assembly Constituency on RDX news channel in respect of our Special Campaign "Mhajo BLO Mhajo Esht " .The AERO informed that this special campaign has received good response from the general public as they are no longer hesitant to approach the Blos anymore as they treat Blos as their friend. This campaign has created awareness among the general public about the details of their respective Blos and also requirements to submit the forms for enrolment into the Electoral Roll,deletion of name, correction of particulars in the Electoral Roll and shifting etc.This friendly campaign has developed a bond between the Blos and voters and also has   disseminated information to the general public about online submission of forms through NVSP.in .

Kacharasur float procession spreading the message of ethical voting to all the electors for the upcoming Parliementary Election 2019   was undertaken by 03 Bicholim Assembly Constituency at Narkasur Compitition at Bicholim. The innovative idea was of Shri Pravinjay Pandit Mamlatdar of Bicholim and AERO of Bicholim constituency.

Shri Pravinjay Pandit Mamlatdar of Bicholim Taluka and AERO of 03  Bicholim Assembly constituency and the booth level Officers  launched SVEEP video van on 5.4.2019 at 7.40 pm. The SVEEP video van will cover all areas/ Parts of 03 Bicholim Assembly constituency from 5.4.2019 till 20.4.2019 and the videos of demonstration of Evm and VVPAT, music videos on ethical voting, videos sensitizing the voters about the facilities offered by the Election Commission of India to the persons with disabilities on Poll day for making accessible Election will be beamed on this video van.

Mat-disha Game conducted by 03 Bicholim A.C at Radhakrishna Vidyalaya Bicholim .Through this unique game , the students were enlightened about the procedures in respect of enrolment into the Electoral Roll and also information in respect of ethical voting was also disseminated. Demonstration of EVM and VVPAT was also conducted thereby infusing confidence among the electors about the credibility of EVM and VVPAT.

R Menaka IAS District Collector and DEO North Goa gave  appreciation certificate to shri Vijay Kauthankar BLO of part no 41 of 03 Bicholim A.C for being the first BLO to complete 100% elector verification during the Elector Verification Programme launched by Election Commission of India.
