Short video film has been prepared in this link to inspire the voters to know the voting process and use their franchise. In the movie. Collector and district election officer Priyanka Das has appealed to silent deaf voters to use their franchise through sign language. The entire process of voting on the EVM and VVPat machine in the film has been explained.
