The officials of CEO Goa - Additional CEO Narayan Navti, State Nodal Officer SVEEP Mrs. Isha Sawant, Nodal Officer SVEEP South Goa District Mrs. Deepali Naik along with famous fashion designer Mrs. Verma D'Mello and Film Producer/Singer Shri. Siddharth Yagi, both South District icons visited  a remote and tribal part of village Cotigao in AC - 40 Cancona. The villages situated in deep forest region of village Cotigao in the neighborhood of Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary. Forms for enrollment were distributed to the tribals of the village and they were imparted information on Importance of Electoral Participation. The CEO Goa Team participated in various activities from playing a variety of games performing traditional fugdi dance hand in hand, to helping them in their household chores of preparing meals, seeking water from natural springs, peeling coconuts and having lunch prepared together. This visit bridged the gap between the secluded Dhangar tribe of the village and the officers and is expected to go a long way in confidence building thereby resulting in higher voter enrollment and voter turnout.
