Voter awareness initiative during Attukal Pongala

Initiatives taken to spread Voter awareness during Attukal Pongala. Paper fans with the Tagline and logo of the election commission promoting Voter awareness were distributed to women across the state who gathered in Trivandrum for Attukal Pongala ( a religious ritual that earned its place in the Guinness World Records for being the largest annual gathering of women ). This was done to raise voter awareness among  women .
