Wall Art Campaign Updated
Office of the Chief Electoral Officer Goa, organized a distinctive Wall Art Campaign in association with Parikrama Knowledge Terminus. The contestants were required to choose a wall that is located in a conspicuous place and draw a life size painting based on the theme given.
The theme of wall art was "Accessible Elections". The theme of election for the year 2019 is "No voter to be left behind" which is in sustenance to the theme of 2018 which is "Accessible Elections". Accessibility in Elections can be best described and achieved by the term all-inclusiveness.
Further the paintings on the wall were captured in camera as photographs and were posted on the Facebook page thus commemorating the Photo-Vapi campaign, wherein photo with maximum likes won the first

The primary purpose of launching the special campaign is to develop a bond between the voters and the BLOs which will create awareness among the general public in respect of online submission on claims and objections through National Voter Service Portal, myth busting on VVPAT EVM and increase electoral participation.
