    Áddressing a press conference in Thiruvananthapuram , Shri Sanjay Kaul IAS, Chief Electoral Officer - Kerala, shed light on the extensive preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabbha elections, ensuring a fair, transparent, and inclusive electoral journey for every voter in Kerala. Additional Chief Electoral Officers V R Prem Kumar IAS, Dr. Adeela Abdulla IAS, Sharmila C Nair and Krishnadasan P also attended.

    In a symbolic gesture towards environmental stewardship, Sanjay Kaul also unveiled a handbook on 'Green Protocol' for general elections by handing over a copy to Shri U V Jose IAS (Retd.), Executive Director of Suchitwa Mission. The handbook was prepared by the office of Chief Electoral Officer - Kerala in association with Suchitwa Mission and Haritha Kerala Mission, Government of Kerala.

SVEEPSystematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) is a programme of multi interventions through different modes and media designed to educate citizens, electors and voters about the electoral process in order to increase their awareness and participation in the electoral processes. SVEEP is designed according to the socio-economic, cultural and demographic profile of the state as well as the history of electoral participation in previous rounds of elections and learning thereof.
