Date:30.Nov.2023. The Additional Chief Electoral Officer of Sikkim Smt. Pema Laden Lama held a meeting with registered political parties of Sikkim viz Bharatiya Janata Party, Sikkim Pradesh Congress Committee, Sikkim Democratic Front and Sikkim Krantikari Morcha and shared a list of claims and objection received during ongoing Special Summary Revision.

Renowned actor Rajkummar Rao today took on a new role – that of 'National Icon' for voter awareness and education for the Election Commission of India.

Facilitation Booth at Mangan Bazar had installed  for 3 days w.e.f 26th to 28th Nov. 2023 for creating awareness among the general public about the electoral process and voting right and also the facilities of postal ballot provided by the Commission  to sr. Citizens 80 plus and PwDs. Further to encourage to be a part of "Nothing like Voting, I vote for Sure" being a new voter on 2024.  First day on 26.11.2023 two BLOs named Shri Ongdup Lepcha, 31/10 and Shri Mika Lepcha, 31/11 had carried out the awareness program at Facilitation Booth, Mangan Bazar.

Open Election Quiz 2023 organized by the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Sikkim in association with Inner Wheel Club of Gangtok on 22nd November, 2023 at Nar Bahadur Bhandari Government College, Tadong college auditorium.
The main purpose of the event was to make aware of the ongoing Special Summary Revision 2024 which started from 17th October 2023 till 9th December 2023
