1st phase of the two days free football camp cum exhibition match was held  in Dimapur, Chumoukedima and Peren Districts. The camp is organized by the office of the CEO Nagaland in collaboration with Nagaland Sports Association  and District administration as part of the State SVEEP initiative to target first time voters and to increase registration of voters in the age bracket of 18 - 20 years. Mr. Aningu Pienyü, State SVEEP Icon who is a prominent football player in the State and a AIFF licensed coach is also part of the visiting/coaching team. Along with the sports camp, facilitation centre & help desk are also set up during the camp to help facilitate registration of eligible citizens, correction of entry and collection of advance applications.
