'DONATE YOUR TIME' Campaign Updated
Booth Level Officers of AC - 12 Taleigao North Goa launched a novel campaign, 'Donate Your Time' on 06-10-2018 at Auxillium School Hall Taleigao Goa. The brand ambassador of the campaign is prominent poet and litterateur Shri. Madhav Borkar who is the District Icon and Senior Citizen. The purpose of this campaign is to create a trend of 'Time Donors' who would be senior citizens (who are apolitical and are not affiliated to any political party) in the respective part to boost the young voters for enrollment in the electoral roll and also educate them on ethical voting and importance of electoral participation. The 'Time Donors' are required to donate some time from their routine life in their respective booths on special campaign days and also otherwise in order to motivate the younger generation for electoral participation.
"Just the way a Blood Donor and an Organ Donor save human lives similarly a Time Donor is expected to improve the health of Electoral Participation".

"Mat-Disha"
The game is designed by Isha Sawant Nodal Officer SVEEP CEO Goa. This is a WIN-WIN approach floor game and same is also converted into a board game. The game is designed to create voter awareness ethical voting and importance of electoral participation in an amusingly refreshing and funny way. The messages lay emphasis on good practices, honest choices and righteous decision while educating the voters on the entire Electoral Process. The target participants are Electoral Literacy Clubs, Chunav Pathshaalas and Voter Awareness Forums. Mat Disha is a game where everyone is a winner wherein the losers have the opportunity to turn into winners by taking a corrective pledge for right and good practices in order to understand the importance of each votes.

@Fashion Show at Kala Academy Updated
The students and staff of the Department of Garment Technology of Panjim Polytechnic, Government of Goa organised TRIBALESQUE - a fashion show inspired by Tribal costumes at Kala Mandir Kala Academy Panaji. Smt. Amita A Nayak Salatry, Cine-Actress, TV Host and Social Worker was the Chief Guest and Shri Vivek B Kamat Director, Technical Education, Government of Goa was the Guest of Honour. DEO North Goa in collaboration with the office of the CEO Goa used the opportunity to promote the message of the ECI to the people to come out and vote in large numbers on 23/4/19. The campaign drew a huge response from the participants and the audience. The youth showed tremendous enthusiasm in the campaign. A very good sign of a vibrant democracy

A special awareness programme was conducted by Shri Pravinjay Pandit Mamlatdar of Bicholim and AERO of 03 Bicholim Assembly constituency on 22.2.2019 at Dyanprasarak Mandal Higher Secondary School Mulgao Bicholim on the theme Chunavpathshala BLO convener inorder to disseminate the information in respect of the special camp to be conducted on 23.2.2019 and 24.2.2019.shri Pravinjay Pandit Mamlatdar of Bicholim enlightened the electors/ students about the special camp to be conducted on 23.2.2019 and 24.2.2019 at Bicholim Assembly Constituency wherein the booth level Officers will be present at their respective polling station to collect the forms for inclusion of name in the Electoral roll of the left out electors , correction of particulars in electoral Roll etc. Shri Pravinjay Pandit Mamlatdar of Bicholim enlightened the students/ electoral literacy club members that special camp will be conducted by Booth Level Officers alongwith chunavpathshala members on 23.2.19 and 24.2.19 all over the State of Goa and the said special camps are conducted to include the names of electors who are unenrolled and also to tag/ identify the persons with disabilities inorder to provide facilities to person with disabilities during election and also conduct awareness programmes for person with disabilities. The booth level Officers also appealed to the electors/students/electoral literacy club members to spread awareness of the special camp so that people can enroll themselves into the Electoral Roll. Shri Pravinjay Pandit Mamlatdar informed that chunavpathshala are conducted at each polling station level wherein the Booth level officer is the convener and this chunavpathshala will help to disseminate the information of enrolment and ethical voting to people who are left out of formal education system. Shri Pravinjay Pandit also conducted a quiz contest on the theme Chunavpathshala and election procedures wherein questionnaire framed by the Mamlatdar were distributed to the students who were required to answer them by choosing the appropriate option.The prizes were declared to top three students of the objective type quiz contest by Shri Pravinjay Pandit Mamlatdar of Bicholim and AERO of 03 Bicholim Assembly constituency .This special programme received good response from the students who will disseminate the information in respect of special camp fixed on 23.2.19 and 24.2.19 to achieve maximum number of forms from unenroled electors .
