Activities Imparting awareness on revision of electoral rolls and necessary documents required for SSR- 2019 and emphasis was given on online facility of registration of forms. A counter for issue of forms in hard copy and for clarification of doubts was opened at the spot. Later, interaction of public with ERO, AEROs and election staffs on these matters. -

OPD Ticket/Slip was printed by DEO with the theme and message of Special Summary Revision – 2019 printed below the page, awareness campaign of SSP-2019 and explanation of doubt with hospital patients The doctors on duty were brief about the newly printed OPD slip where SSR-2019 message was printed at the bottom page, they were requested to explain about SSR-2019, the time line of SSR-2019 and the eligibility criteria. Doubt clearing season was also conducted with patients and hospital staffs. Overall the campaign was a successful campaign. -

Democracy Wall Campaign, awareness on online registration through NVS Portal, Service voters’ registration and VVPAT awareness program The approach for drawing attention of educated officials and jawans during the campaign was remarkable successful, the local villagers were also made aware of the ongoing special summary revision and the importance of getting registered in the electoral roll. Overall, it was a successful campaign. -
